Our Story
Industry Collective started out as a networking event for creative professionals in the advertising and entertainment industries in Los Angeles. The name reflected the goal: to design a space for creative professionals to find opportunities and network and work together.
Over the years, as our community grew, brands tapped into our expertise and wanted to work with diverse, multifaceted, credible and experienced creative and production professionals. We evolved into a production company that prides itself on providing elevated production services from development to post production across the entertainment, advertising and tech industries.
Tiona Langley is an Emmy-nominated integrated producer/director and the visionary Founder of Industry Collective. In a bold move during the pandemic of 2020, Tiona took the reins, leaving her established role in the entertainment industry to breathe new life into Industry Collective.
Fueling her passion for production and championing the freelance community, Tiona is on a mission to create exceptional content. With a career spanning across advertising, entertainment, and tech, Tiona's journey includes impactful roles at renowned companies such as Condé Nast, Hearst, Hello Sunshine, Universal Pictures, and Google, among others.
